Complaints procedure

File a complaint as soon as possible after the defects in the ordered goods have been
identified, it means without undue delay.

Formal Complaints Procedure
1. Fill in the Complaint Report Form - download here.
2. Prepare a copy of your purchase receipt (invoice).
3. Photo record (materials for the complaint - photos of defective goods, damage, etc.).
4. Send the completed Complaint Report Form, photos, a copy of your purchase receipt
(invoice) and defective goods by post to the address: RAWAT consulting s.r.o., Kunešova
255/3, 643 00 Brno, Czech Republic
or by e-mail to: eshop@rawat.cz.

In most cases your complaint will be resolved in 14 days, at latest within 30 days from its
receipt. We will inform you of the result of the complaint by e-mail, phone or by post. You
