DAPHNIA (Daphnia magna)

Daphnia magna actively purify water in garden ponds or natural swimming pools. Each of these little Crustacea can filter as much as 2 litres of water per day, removing undesirable algae, cyanobacteria, and bacteria, which serve them as food.
